The "Perfect Fit" Replacement Guarantee Did you order the wrong size? Don't worry! We know buying shoes online can be tricky.

Instead of the hassle of packaging and returning your shoes (which takes weeks), we offer a Hassle-Free Replacement:

  1. Keep the original pair: Donate them to charity or gift them to a friend.

  2. Request a new size: We will manufacture and ship a brand new pair to you immediately.

  3. Small Fee: Since we are covering the cost of a second product, we simply ask that you cover a Processing & Re-Shipping Fee (per pair) to help maintain our logistics. The fee is $29.95 for Samba models and $34.95 for New Balance models.

All Sales Are Final To offer premium footwear at the most competitive prices, our products are manufactured on-demand and shipped directly from our overseas factory. Due to this streamlined logistics model, we do not accept physical returns at our warehouse for "change of mind" or sizing preferences.

Defects & Wrong Items In the rare event that you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will make it right immediately!

  • Please email us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will send a FREE replacement or issue a Full Refund depending on the situation.

  • No physical return is required for damaged items.

Can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, the order goes into production and cannot be cancelled
